Contact Black Hills Central Reservations at 605.578.7702 to modify reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, are nonrefundable. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This reservation is non-cancellable. All service fees are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card by Black Hills Central Reservations Credit Card Charged by Black Hills Central Reservations - Deadwood, SD.
Check In
4 pm MT. A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes animals in select pet-designated rooms. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $50 per night. Please contact the hotel directly to request one of the designated pet rooms.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking and will be charged by Black Hills Central Reservations and is non refundable. Final payment due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card by Black Hills Central Reservations. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This reservation is Non-Refundable, non cancellable. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking.
