Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled by 3 p.m. MT 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date, will be charged $25.00 fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. ALL ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES ARE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING NON-REFUNDABLE Holiday Reservations (December 20 – January 2, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and other special events) - $25.00 fee if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. Non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Credit Card Charged by Black Hills Central Reservations - Deadwood, SD.

Pets Policy
Pets are Allowed. $20.00 per Pet per night. A Maximum of 2 Pet per room. A Maximum of 50 pounds per Pet.

Non smoking property. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. All rooms must be paid in full at the time of the reservation/contract signed and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Cancellation must be either emailed or in writing prior to May 1st to receive a full refund. If a reservation is cancelled on or after May 1st, no cancellations or refunds accepted.
